What is sustainable or organic clothing?
Sustainable clothing refers to fabrics derived from Eco-friendly resources, such as sustainably grown fiber crops or recycled materials. Sustainable clothing has expanded towards (1) reducing the amount of clothing discarded to landfills, and (2) decreasing the environmental impact of agro-chemicals in producing conventional fiber crops.
What makes True Herban a sustainable clothing brand?
We only use 100% certified organic cotton or recycled fabrics for our clothing and only print with Eco-friendly water or soy based inks. Sustainable also includes making sure we minimize waste in all aspects of our clothing production and operations. From recycled cardboard boxes, to low impact inks used on our stamps and everthing in between.
How do I know what size premium organic cotton shirt to order?
All the organic shirts we print on are pre-shrunk and should not shrink any further if cared for as recommended. We would say stick with the average size clothing you use and if there are any issues we do have an exchange program.
How should I care for my shirts?
Organic cotton should be treated much the same as regular cotton. Wash in cold water with like colors and hang dry. We recommend hang drying to help conserve energy and keep your sustainable contribution to environment on going.
What type of printing process is used for your sustainable clothing line?
To make sure the organic cotton shirts we print on stay as environmentally friendly as possible, we use water or soy based inks in our printing process.
Will the printing ever fade off my shirts?
With the black ink on the shirts it is possible the ink may fade slightly, this is because it is a water-based ink. This should only happen the first time. Other ink colors should not fade.
How will I know when there are new designs available?

Does True Herban accept designs from local and/or domestic artists?
Yes, True Herban is always open to designs from aspiring artist. We appreciate and acknowledge the efforts that go into a clothing design, and would like for any artist to submit a design. If your design is chosen to go into production, you will be paid for your design, and will also have your name featured on our artist page and the page your shirt is on.
Shipping, Refunds and Returns:
What is the True Herban return policy?
We understand that sometime people receive a size that is not right for them. If it is a sizing issue, True Herban will gladly pay for the new shirt to be shipped out, but does require the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We also allow returns, but will deduct the 2.75% that we pay for processing the transaction.
How long will my order take to be delivered after it is placed?
We typically ship orders the following day. Shipping usually goes ground and will take an average of 3-5 business days to arrive.
What shipping service do you use?
True Herban has decided to use the United States Postal Service for our shipping. It is our way of making sure we continuously add to jobs in America.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is standard $4.95 for one item in the Chicago land area. Rates will vary for multiple items and shipping that is across the country.
Does True Herban ship internationally?
True Herban will ship it's Eco-Friendly products to Canada at a premium, but is still exploring shipping rates to other countries.
How can I track my order?
Shortly after your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation and a USPS tracking number to make sure you can track your package.

How long will it take to process my refund?
On average a refund will take 2-3 days to process, this may also depend on holidays and how fast your bank processes returns.
What happens if I received a damaged item?
In the rare event that your item is damaged, please send an email to [email protected], and we will gladly send out a new organic cotton shirt for you to enjoy. Sorry about that in advance, and thanks for choosing True Herban!

Big Cartel powers the online store. It is a safe and secure online forum that is used by many web-based companies.

Currently we do offer any gift certificates. We do hope to in the future, so please keep an eye out!

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing on orders of 10 or more of our proprietary designs. We also offer custom desgin shirts for events, businesses and organizations. Send us an email to [email protected], and we will send you a promo code to get you a special discount.

We can also do custom designs and wholesale orders for quantities of 36 items or more.
Once I place an order, is there a way to cancel or change it?
